Noodles Soba Buckwheat 300gr Chunsi

Soba Noodles are thin Japanese noodles made from buckwheat. Soba noodles are often served cold in Japanese cuisine with a dipping sauce of dashi, soy sauce and mirin. But you can also use them in soups or delicious healthy wok dishes. In modern versions we also find them in salads with chopped vegetables and sesame dressing (goma dare).
