Stuffed Gilt-head Bream Tartare Recipe
MATERIALS FOR 4 PEOPLE
260g bream fillet (without bones and spines & without skin)
5 large mint leaves (chopped)
½ green pepper "dolma" (cut into small cubes)
½ tomato (cut into small cubes, without the flesh, only the fillet)
¼ red chili pepper (chopped)
lime juice
Salt
Olive oil
FOR THE WATER FILLED
INGREDIENTS:
1 small white onion
1 clove of garlic
3-4 ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
¼ bunch mint
¼ bunch of parsley
lime juice
Salt
Olive oil
Procedure for filled water
1) Cut all our ingredients into pieces and put them in a blender.
2) Place the blended mixture in a container and leave it for 2-3 hours to marinate
3) Then strain the marinade in another container and leave overnight in the refrigerator to drain the liquids.
*At this point it should be noted that you do not need to press the ingredients to drain faster.
4 ) The next day, we throw what is left in the strainer and collect the liquid that has been strained. Store in a container. This is the filled water
*The filled water should be clear
Procedure for Gilt-head Bream Tartare
1)Cut the sea bream fillet into small cubes and put it in a bowl
2)Then add the diced tomato, pepper and chopped mint
3)Also, add the full amount of water (keep a little for serving), lime and salt as much as we prefer.
4) Let them marinate for 5′-7′ and then strain it.

5) So we take what was left in the strainer and place it nicely on a plate.
6) For garnish we will use the chopped chili pepper, placing it irregularly on top, we will put the rest of the water full and add olive oil.
