Shrimps with fresh onion, garlic and ginger

Clean the shrimps and remove their insides so that they are clean. In the same pan, saute the garlic, spring onion and ginger. Add a spoonful of chilly garlic and a spoonful of ketchup. Add the shrimps. If you have it, add half a cup of chicken broth. If you don't have it, add half a cup of water to the cornflour. We serve it on a nice plate. We accompany it with steamed rice! 10 shrimps 18-=20

3 cloves minced garlic
6 grams grated ginger
1 bunch fresh onion chopped
1 spoon ketchup
1 spoon chillygarlick
half a cup of chicken broth
Oil when sauteing the shrimps
A little salt and pepper
