Saganaki shrimps with feta mousse
Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g shrimp no2
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chili pepper
Half a teaspoon of fennel seeds
500 g diced tomatoes
2 fresh onions chopped (together with the green part
100 ml olive oil
80 ml ouzo
A little oregano
Salt - pepper - sugar
Half a teaspoon of bukovo
Execution:
Saute the chopped onion, chili and garlic in the olive oil over low heat. Turn up the heat and add the fennel, stirring constantly. Add the cleaned shrimps. Deglaze with the ouzo and add the tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, oregano and a little sugar. Increase the heat, cook for 2 minutes and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with the onion, the bukovo, the feta mousse and a few drops of olive oil
For the feta mousse:
250 g feta cheese
120 g strained yogurt
20 ml olive oil
Zest of half a lemon
Freshly ground pepper
Execution:
Put all the ingredients through a blender until it becomes creamy
